Version with adjustable levels of intervention is available.

Float SwitchLevel regulator with electrical equipmentThe level regulator is a float switch that allows electrical equipment to start and stop automa-tically (usually pumps, but also electric control valves, alarms, etc.) when a prefixed level has been reached. inside the device there is a microswitch that, depending on the level of the liquid, opens or closes the contact that powers the pump. The models with cable 3X1 or cable 4G1 can be used for the filling or emptying function according to the cables that have been connected. The models with 3G1 cable (with ground) or UL cable are set for one function only, and that is for filling or emptying.

Thanks to its large size and its shape which has no edges, for which it is particularly suitable for sewage water, this device is made with a double liquid proof chamber which assures the maximum reliability of the inside.

Tilting level regulator

Level regulator for sewage water.Tilting regulator was designed specifically for sewage water. Normally used in control panel. Control panel, for lifting station, the device can be also installed directly on pumps. At moment MAC3 offers only one product called MAC5. We are working on new versions with small size and reduce switching angles than the actual product.

Mac5

Tilting level regulator for sewage water. Its principal feature being its heavy body, which is also bulky and free of any irregularity, making it ideal for use in sewage water, in industrial waste water with suspended agglomerate residues and in tumultuous water. The polypropylene body is made with a double airtight chamber with high-pressure melted polypropylene re-injection sealing to ensure perfect sealing capacity against infiltrations.

Accessories and special executions

In addition to the standard production Mac3 arrange a line of accessories, which are useful in installations, and some special productions.In special productions some devices carry the CE mark and not ENEC approvals. Some special cables do not meet the standards Mac3 and therefore can not be guaranteed the size of the diameter and the mechanical characteristics of flexibility.

Counterweight

Device used to determine the level regulator excursion point, it is inserted directly onto output cable.

Bracket for MAC5

Metallic bracket for installation up to 4 MAC5 regulator.

Piggy back plugs

On request, all MAC3 level regulators may come equipped with a piggy back plug, this allows pump operation by direct powering from the piggy back plug connected to the float switch code and inserted in the power supply.

Low current microswitch

This version provides the possibility of connecting the level regulator to personal computers or PLC, were are requested low current, The particular type of microswitch used, with gold contacts, makes it possible:- AC: up to 0,1(0,05)A max 250V ~- DC: 1mA ÷100mA voltages 5V- ÷ 24V

Antistatic plastic

Special version (for environments that risk explosion) in which the superficial resistance of the regulator needs to be very low in order to avoid the accumulation of electrostatic charges which may generate sparks. Please remember that even if this material does have antistatic features, is not anti-explosion approval certificate.

Special cables

If temperature exceeds 60°C it’s not possible to use PVC or H07RN-F cables. For temperatures higher than 60°C we recommend H07BN4-F cable that is suitable for temperatures up to 90°C, this cable is suitable also for use in chemically aggressive environments. In any event we advise that tests be carried out in order to determine the exact degree of resistance under your specific conditions.

Approval certificates

On specific request it is possible to provide level regulators with special approval certificates, that are:- UL/CSA for North America market - ACS for drinking water - SASO for Saudi Arabia market

During 2012 will be available ATEX approval certificate for MAC5 model.

Small Wells Regulators

Reka

The Reka2000 level regulator is a device that controls electronic equipment once it has reached a pre-established level. A capacity sensor is integrated in the plastic structure and this makes it suitable for a wide range of liquids. It can be operated by battery or electricity and thanks to an internal relay 10 (4) it is able to control pumps with up to 1 HP. It is easy to install near the pump itself thanks to two holes on the structure. Models with 12/24Vcc, with delay on/off, are suitable for nautical applications.

Quickstop

QuickStop is a hydraulic level regulator of advanced design that eliminates the classic defects of such devices. Its main feature is the velocity of operation of the system which goes from open to closed and viceversa in a fraction of a second, avoiding long noise periods and the dripping due to choked filling. Electronic level Monitors.Used in storage tank system for monitoring the water level.

MacNivel

This product allows to view the water level present in a storage tank. The device, powered by a battery, applies a voltage across the wires inserted in the terminal block. These wires are positioned into the tank at different heights. The liquid level is detected, because water, being a conductor, allows current to pass on the immersed wires.

This device, is normally connected with an electronic or electromechanical level regulator, such as a float switch; is equipped with a dry contact relay output for activate an alarm signal at a distance. When the regulator level gives the consent of the Sentinel2 activates its internal buzzer and activate any alarm connected to the relay.
