  • DOCUMENT DELIVERY If the Library does not have a particular book or journal article needed for your research, there is a free document delivery service available. Please use the online request form accessible from the Document Delivery link on the Library home page.

    FLOW & ENDNOTE The Library provides access to two major reference management software packages, Flow and EndNote. Flow is web-based and can be accessed directly from the link on the Library homepage. EndNote needs to be installed on a computer. Please contact the IT Service Desk to install EndNote on your campus PC, or your laptop or personal computer.

    WORKSHOPS Each semester the Library presents workshops on such topics as:

    EndNote RefWorks Searching for a literature review Cited reference searching Managing Information for Current Awareness Research data management @ Bond Measuring research impact Your researcher presence online Sage Research Methods Online

    Click Events on the library webpage for details on these sessions. If there is not a session running at a time that suits you, contact your Faculty Librarian for personal assistance.

    LIBRARY AND COMPUTING SERVICE DESK This is located on the ground floor of the Main Library, right near the entrance. Help is available here for all library and all IT enquiries. Assistance with library enquiries is also available online by clicking Ask-a-Librarian on the Library homepage, or by dialling 559 51510. Assistance with IT and AV enquiries is also available by emailing [email protected] or by dialling 7 (on campus) or 5595 4444 (off campus).

    LIBRARY COLLECTION Books, journals, and multimedia resources can be found on Levels 2 and 3 of the Main Library, and the Law Library. You can search for these using the Summon search box on the Library homepage at www.bond.edu.au/library.

    CITATION DATABASES Scopus and Web of Science are available via the Electronic Resources list on the Library home page. These databases enable a user to conduct citation searches, and to access bibliometric data such as citation counts, h-indexes, journal impact etc.

    THESES For information about searching for theses click Research on the Library homepage, then click Searching the literature. Your Faculty Librarian can assist with locating and accessing theses .

    DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC DATABASES AND JOURNAL COLLECTIONS Many key databases for searching the literature of a specific discipline (eg. PsycINFO, Ovid Medline) are available from the Electronic Resources list on the Library homepage.

    LITERATURE REVIEW ASSISTANCE Your Faculty Librarian can advise you on selecting appropriate databases in your research field, and developing appropriate search strategies for conducting your literature review.

    FINDING JOURNAL IMPACT AND RANKINGS Tools such as Journal Citation Reports (via Web of Science) and Scopus Journal Analyzer (via Scopus) are available to help identify journal impact and rankings.
