    3. Crane to lift T-Wall off from North side. Crane operator to confirm lift weight does not

    exceed crane capacity.

    4. T-Wall will be lifted slowly off the North side and positioned down in the South side and set

    in place.

    5. Riggers to control twisting of T-Walls with taglines.

    7. Lifts will not take place in adverse conditions such as strong winds, dust storms or rain.

    8. Loads:

    o Weight of T-Wall = 17636 lbs.

    o Maximum Lifting Radius = 35ft

o Crane load capacity = 33,000 lbs *See attached crane load chart; where outriggers

    are fully extended.

o Reference crane load chart: distances between center of load (T-Wall) and crane

    are shown.

    General Notes:

    1. Two riggers will be used throughout the lifting operation.2. Communication between the riggers, operator and lifting supervisor will be done throughhand signals and radio contact.

    3. Tie ropes will be used when lifting and unloading T-Walls.

    4. Outrigger pads measure 70cm x 70cm x 7.5cm.

    5. It is estimated that the placement of T-Wall will occur over 2 days. Lifting equipment will be

inspected daily.6. In all lifting locations we will provide signal men to direct traffic.7. We will not perform lifts in adverse weather conditions such as rain and dust storms which
