The seat design reduces seating/unseating torque and, at the same time, reduces wear on the contacting parts. Curvatures machined into the inner seat area minimize contact forces between the disc and seat as the disc approaches, or opens from, the closed position. This unique seat geometry permits lower torques and reduces seat wear.

1. DN100 lined butterfly valve is generally used in handwheeldrive.

2. PFA lining provides the strongest resistance to corrosion. PFAlining thickness is 2mm, greatly improving the CV value lined butterfly valves, and by 30,000 volt spark testing to ensure uniformity of PFA lining to ensure that the body of proliferation resistance and corrosion resistance. PFA called perfluoroalkoxy resin, a transparent color, is similar to their physical and chemical properties and PTFE, PFA, but have good solubility and high adhesion resistance, suitable for processing the valve plate of the cladding layer.
