Linguine with Shrimp and Tomato Ingredients 1 lb Linguine ½ kg Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved ½ head Garlic, sliced thinly ½ cup White Wine ½ tsp Dried Red Pepper Flakes 2 tbsp Olive Oil Salt to taste ¼ cup Basil Leaves, sliced into thin strips Method 1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. 2. Heat up the olive oil in the pan. 3. Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes in the oil until fragrant. 4. Add the shrimp and tomatoes. Cook until the shrimp turns pink. 5. Add the white wine and reduce until most of the alcohol has evaporated 6. Combine the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with the basil strips.
