A patented grillGrill specially designed for kebabs cut to different types,whether made from meat, fish or mixed (meat, fish, cheese,vegetables). New aluminium alloy grillThe grill made from wide diameter aluminium rods allows food to be laid outperfectly for totally even cooking throughout; cooking marks are regular, withoutblackening or burns, so no unhealthy charred particles typical of conventionalgrills. Instructions: Preheat chamber to 300 °C with grills fitted, use hot air mode,cooking time in proportion to thickness and size of pieces (in any case between8 and 12 minutes). Recommended quantity of fillets per grill: 15 x 250 g pieces.Load on 101 model: 10 grills.
Advantage: excellent results! Cooking by air heated to a high temperature without any naked flames guaran-tees food that is perfectly grilled on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside;cooking marks will be clear but not charred or bitter to taste: just right!

Grilled vegetables
A new square mesh grill The special C-profile grill with stainless steel mesh allows vegetables to be laidout perfectly for totally even cooking at any place on the grill; cooking marks areregular, without any blackening or burns.Instructions: Preheat chamber to 300 °C, lay vegetables out directly on the coldgrill, use combi mode with Autoclima 20%, cooking time in proportion to thethickness of vegetable slices (in any case between 8 and 12 minutes).Recommended quantity of eggplant slices per grill: 24. Load on 101 model: 10 grills.

Cooking side dishes

Non-stick enamelled steel pans These special medium-thickness pans with enamel, non-stick finish ensure excel-lent heat distribution, ideal for cooking chopped vegetable dishes: “peperonatas”and “ratatouille”, eggplant, braised vegetables or chicory, all types of mushroomsdishes, roast potatoes and more. Instructions: Preheat chamber to 220 °C, combi mode at 180 °C with Autoclima20%, cooking time: 15/18 minutes. Recommended number of portions per pan: 15.Load on 101 model: 10 pans.
Advantage: delectable results! When catering, the quality of side dishes is vital. The safest solution is usually toprefer steam cooking, but thanks to these special pans and the Autoclima function(which controls the quality of cooked food without drying it out), all types of traditional cooking methods are now possible, without condiments, if necessaryadded at the end. The result: delicious dishes that are ready to be eaten immediately or that can beblast-chilled, stored then reheated for serving.

Pans for pizza and focacciaSpecial medium-thickness (GN 1/1 and 60 x 40) smooth aluminium pans, idealfor pizza and focaccias, offering a perfect surface for spreading and supportingdough. Turned up on all four sides, they assure large quantities in a small space.Load in 101 combi model: 10 pans! Instructions: Preheat chamber to 230 °C, combi mode at 180 °C with Autoclima30%, then hot air mode 180 °C and vent open. Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes.
Radiant plate for round pizzasBrand new type of thick plate made from a special aluminium alloy (GN 1/1 and60 x 40) with high heat absorption. The plate has a non-stick finish for cookingtraditional-style round pizzas with whatever topping you want.
