    List of harmful E numbers

E-numbers are approved by the European Union excipients to change. Properties of

foodThese additives are seen by the EU as safe. Perhaps this is true at very low

consumption, but what if someone is in nature? Sensitive Or what happens if someoneeats a lot of products and this exceeds the standards? What do E-substances when

they are combined with each other? Probably does not bode well. Our taste does not

lie, and in most cases, fresh tastes better and therefore choose foods without additives

    harmful e-numbers.

Certainly not all e-numbers are bad, so there are natural numbers and email can even

be healthy. For example E300 is really just vitamin C and is used to make longer.

Products shelf life One e-dust is not the other, and a handy overview, where green

means that it is virtually harmless to the human body, therefore, but below that orange

can be very slightly consumed red and really should be avoided. The list is very critical,so the slightest doubt we have the classification assigned to orange or red.

E-numbers are divided into the following groups:

    E100-199: Dyes

    E200-299: Preservatives / Acids

    E300-399: Antioxidants

    E400-499: Emulsifiers

    E500-599: Various additives

    E600-699: Flavor Enhancers

    E700-799: Preservatives

    E100-199: Dyes

Coloring agents are used to color products, or to reinforce its colors.
