In our Diocese the Most Reverend Donald J. Kettler, bishop of Saint Cloud, has determined that the Easter Vigil may not begin earlier than 8:30 p.m. According to the norms, the Easter Vigil may start later if the parish finds this to be a pastoral advantage, but must conclude before sunrise.
