Flat Steel anchor Short

the Pfeifer flat steel anchor is ideal for installation in lift shaft and drive room ceilings with low heights.

due to its design, the flat steel plate allows the positioning of additional reinforcement bars. thus, a safe trans-mission of forces into the concrete via the reinforcement is guaranteed. the flat steel anchor is available for loads between 5 kN up to 125 kN.

the long flat steel anchor is ideal for the supplementary installation in concrete ceilings. if access from the top side of the shaft or drive room ceiling is possible, then the anchor can be placed with only one boring.

the maximum ceiling height may not exceed 250 mm.

the assembly-transport anchor is especially suitable for use in high shaft heads where lifting loops can-not be screwed in easily after insertion of the waved anchor into a concrete ceiling.

Waved anchor and lifting loop are glued together, building a reliable screw combination which can be loosened only by using a heavy tool.

for lift shaft and machine room ceilings with low cross sections, the Pfeifer foot-mounted anchor can be used as an alternative to the Pfeifer waved anchor (e.g. rd20 with a minimum concrete ceiling height = 170 mm).

Load points can be found in lift shaft and drive room ceilings. Stingl data signs allow the easy identifica-tion of the maximum capacity of a load point (waved anchor, flat steel anchor) and therewith facilitate the choice of the appropriate lifting loop during servic-ing or modernisation of a lift.

this product perfectly fulfils diN eN 81-1/2 require-ments on the identification of load points (paragraph 6.3.7).

the data signs can be used for Pfeifer load hook systems. the nail plate can be simply screwed into the respective load point opening.

load teSting anchor

the load testing anchor is used to verify bearing capacity of already installed anchorage points in lift shaft or machine room ceilings.

inStructionS: at first, the chosen load testing anchor is fixed to the anchorage point with the above spec-ified loop (1). afterwards the applicable force has to be imposed (2) to break the material at the predetermined point. the on site attachments must be sufficiently dimensioned.

this consists of a through-type element. the sling LSG is used after concreting, e.g. if renovation work is required. for the assembly, a hole must be completely drilled through the ceiling in the elevator shaft. the anchor is pushed through from below and then fully mounted.

this consists of one anchoring element. the LSP is used after concreting, e.g. if renovation work is required. it is attached to the ceiling from below using newly affixed dowels. a drilled hole/recess must be created in a suitable place on the underside of the shaft ceiling to enable the sinking in of the case which protrudes from the back.

the Pfeifer PSB personal protection box serves as an attachment device conforming to diN eN 795:1996-08 for protection against falls from a height. the personal protection boxes are mainly intended for recessed installation in the steel reinforced concrete ceilings of iift shafts.
