Our Living Well Services in Staffordshire take the form of Health and Wellbeing Events, Information Clinics on specific cancer types and our “Living Well” Course. We provide services at various locations in Staffordshire for people and their supporters, on living well with and beyond cancer. The Living Well course is free and offers the opportunity to learn about the benefits of healthy eating, exercise and stress management and to explore the impact of cancer on emotions and relationships. Lunch is included. We also provide a full programme of support from our National Centre based in Bristol. Look Good Feel Better is a programme of free skin care and make up workshops. Trained beauty consultants facilitate the work shop and each attendee is given a free make up gift bag with a selection of products from well-known brands.
