1) This location will be used for the purpose of photographing and recording scenes which will ONLY be used for the purpose of the film project and nothing more

2) The location will not be represented in any negative way3) Permission will be given to bring personal equipment such as props and technical

equipment for the purpose of filming4) The project will be posted on YouTube ONLY for the examiner’s and sixth form’s use 5) Filming will take place during weekdays and a few weekends 6) The producers do not have a budget for the film and therefore, no rental price will be

placed for the location

By signing below the location owners/managers agree that the Production company have full right to use this location for the purpose of their project.
