WHAT IS IT?CSC Analytics Transformation will enable you to make more informed decisions about future choices and how to react to unfolding events leading to competitive advantage, reduced operating costs, and new revenue opportunities.

By the end of the transformation you’ll have: • An initial set of prepared data sources and data in production

or ready to put into production • The first batch of documented hypotheses and analytic

queries in production or ready to put into production • A private or shared analytics platform

Optionally, we can also help you with elements of business change management, including analytic lab transformation, as indicated in the dotted box in the diagram below.

HOW IT WORKSEach Analytics Transformation project has four stages:

• Stage 1: Analytic Engagement — we create the project plan, gather resources and inputs, assemble the team of business and IT skills from your organization and CSC

• Stage 2: Analytic Discovery — we create an analytic development environment, develop, test and refine in-scope analytics, assess the business impact and make recommendations. You then confirm which analytics you want to implement

• Stage 3: Implementation Planning — we develop detailed plans for implementing the prioritized set of analytics into production

• Stage 4: Embedding Analytics — we embed the analytics capability into your business, through potentially far-reaching changes to processes, people, organization, data, applications and technology. Finally we hand over to you or your provider for ongoing management
