• Canes y Panes is my own business. I make oven baked tricks for dogs and I sale them in pet shops and veterinary clinics.

• I looked with new eyes six of the stores where I sale my tricks. Even I allready know where I have the best sales, I found very interesting things.

Environment Very nice environment, it ´s not crowed with merchandise, very organized. It makes you check all the merchanside.

Awful environment. It is very hot inside the clinic, the odor is disgusting. It makes you want to leave inmediatly. It looks dirty

Customers They don´t stay so much but they look all the merchanside. They can go or not on a mission

They just get in if they are looking for something in particular or if they have an appointment

They ask the owner about the product they are looking for.

They get in because they go to see the doctor and to sometimes to buy specific items

Where do I have the best sales?The best sales are in Animal Inn and in the Veterinaria del Dr. Palma

Why?

Because Animal Inn invites you to get in, even if you are not looking for something special. It is also located in front of the Parque Mexico which is very famous for dogs. All items are organized and exhibit like valuable items and even they have a lot of impulse products, my tricks are located in the best place. Customers of Animal Inn love to coddle their dogs.

Because at the Veterinaria del Dr. Palma customers really trust Dr. Palma and everything that he sales. My tricks are one of the very few impulse items that they have near the cash register. Even the door is closed he has a lot of patients during the day that become tricks customers

Where do I have the worst sales?At Bravo Perro, Universo Animal and Centro Veterinario Coyoacán

Why?

At Bravo Perro I thought I would have the best sales, but definitely it was the worst store. Everything would be perfect because is a training place and to train dogs you use tricks. But since it is a fitness center, customers do not accept tricks that are made with wheat flour. So it was a failure

At Universo Animal they put other items on top of my tricks, the whole store is a complete mess, is crowed and is very difficult to appreciate the merchanside. Also the owners are old women always in a very bad mud. In general everything is very expensive there.

At Centro Veterinario Coyoacán the store is separated from the veterinary clinic so patients owners don´t have the chance to look all the merchanside. It is dark, and door is closed most of the time.

This excersise has help me a lot in identifying the kind of stores where I need to distribute my tricks for dogs.

For sure it will save me a lot of time money and effort
