Senior Citizens Fall Festival - Sept. 23West End’s Senior Citizen Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, Sept. 23, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the home of Carl and Willie Eva Salters, 5654 Casa Blanca Lane, Atlanta, GA 30331. Change is in the Air!It has been my pleasure to lay out the bulletin each and every Sunday for almost 14 years! As this will be my last week on the job, I would like to take this opportunity to thank a few people who have assisted with the bulletin production over the years.
