Login:
1. Enter the User Name & Password to login users panel.
2. If user forgot the password Click “Forgot Password?”. Enter the registered mail id & Click the “Send
Password” Button.

4. Dashboard :- After Login Dashboard will display

5. Shortcut for panel :-User can set shortcut for required panel.
6. Drag & drop the menus 1 by 1 to set it as shortcut

9. Widgets are also set like shortcuts. Drag & drop the menus 1 by 1. Both Widget & shortcut are set in
same section.

Profiling:
1. Profile after configuration. User can edit their personal details not official.
2. Editable information are as below:-

Note: - User can request HR person for edit or change their official information.

3. User can view holiday list from Holiday Calendar Section:-

Leave:
1. User can apply leave from “Self Service” section- Leave request category. For applying leave 2
method are as below:-
i. Click to the “Apply Leave” button
ii. Select date from calendar for applying leave (it can be 1 day or multiple day)

4. Calendar of Users is as below:-
Here ‘P’ indicate => Pending for Approval
‘A’ indicate => Approved
5. User can view the detail of leave By clicking on the leave

6. In user panel user can also cancel the leave from selection of cancel status.
7. From My Leave Section user can view their leave summary.

9. From “Employee Leave” section Reporting Officer can view their subordinates leave detail.

10. To view a particular leave click on Eye image
11. Reporting officer can view& taking action against the applied leave.

Time Management:
1. Time section is for time Management of employee.
2. Time section looking like as below:-

3. User can view their Time panel in two way: Weekly & Monthly

5. Click on “Enter Time” button for spend time on particular Project.

6. User can Enter the Time for project per day wise
7. The total time of all project will added

8. User can Erase the time by click on erase button. User can erase time day wise as well as Weekly wise
9. Save - if user only click to “Save” button that means he/she can change the time

10. But if User click on “Submit & Lock” button then they can’t able to change the time. It is the last
submition of project time
11. User (Reporting Manager) can view/approve/reject their employees Time sheet.
