Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Resolution No. 06-2015 signed by the LTFRB Board on May 20, 2015. The resolution allows trucks barred from filing for a confirmation or renewal of their registration (by a policy implemented in 2014 on grounds they are too old to run on roads) to submit their applications this year.
