Persistence in Prayer Note that this is different from being

stubborn and not wanting to be told “No” – 2 Cor. 12:7-10

Prayer is not to be a rare occurrence – Rom. 12:10-13

Repetition shows how much we desire what we’re praying for

Remember Who You’re Praying To God is not like us, impatient or unkind –

Matt. 7:9-11 And He is not “too busy” – 1 Pet. 5:6-7 He knows what we need before we ask

– Matt. 6:5-8 Yet the answer might not be what we

want; be content!

Conclusion

How often do you pray about what’s on your mind? Do you give up easily? God’s message is plain: pray, pray, and pray some more. If it means that much to you, pray! Our heavenly Father knows what we need.
