We intend having a cooking event, with groups of contest-ants involved. Margaret & myself did some Hospitality train-ing back in 2007, which was done in the rear of the Kadina Town Hall. Ideally the kitchen will be air con-ditioned & will be essential for a February day. We are trying to offer a day for our members to have a bit of fun while not having to be out in the heat & there will be food involved, so a cool temp. will be required. Thought you may be interested in these two articles from the 70s.
Bob McKnight was a interesting person and had an old Sunbeam in his engineering workshop for many years.
Mark Moody used to work for him and later Randy Dutschke, ARMAC.
When he sold this monster of a car and it was restored it was brought back for a visit to Maitland.
These two articles tell you a little about it.
Warm regards,
Bob and Jen.
