The purpose of this “Monthly Productivity Analysis Report” (M.P.A.R.) is to provide the

A cursory analysis of the statistical data from this report should be demonstrative of the quality of

performance of this agency in realizing the contractual obligations and the overall achievement of the

goals and objectives of this Agency and the Contract Division.

4024 total miles were driven and the shift responded to 2162 total service calls and conducted 002

crash investigations. The shift issued 001 traffic citations, made 002 arrests and handled 020 enforcement

service-related calls.

On June 01, 2020, a Monday, at approximately 0748 hours, while on patrol in the “MUD District 89”

contract, I Deputy P. Chillis was performing routine patrol and law enforcement services when I (Deputy P.

Chillis) got dispatched to a theft. Deputy found that a Theft had taken place. Deputy gathered all pertinent

information needed to make a report. A report generated. The patrol activity type is “PAT=U”.

On June 03 2020, a Wednesday, at approximately 1718 hours, while on patrol in the “MUD District 89”

contract, I Deputy A. Murray was performing routine patrol and law enforcement services when I (Deputy
