The purpose of this “Monthly Productivity Analysis Report” (M.P.A.R.) is to provide the
executive command staff with the appropriate data to analyze the productivity of assigned personnel and
their shifts’ activities to allow for the validation of individual and divisional performance evaluations.
With regard to the specific contents of the report, there are 18 distinctive component parts of this report.

A cursory analysis of the statistical data from this report should be demonstrative of the quality of
performance of this agency in realizing the contractual obligations and the overall achievement of the
goals and objectives of this Agency and the Contract Division.
4024 total miles were driven and the shift responded to 2162 total service calls and conducted 002
crash investigations. The shift issued 001 traffic citations, made 002 arrests and handled 020 enforcement
service-related calls.

contract, I Deputy A. Murray was performing routine patrol and law enforcement services when I (Deputy
A. Murray) was dispatched to assist an officer on a traffic stop. One individual was detained on speeding
/evading. I assisted with tow slip and follow-up with the suspect’s parent who is the owner of vehicle. A

contract. I, Deputy E. Jones was performing routine patrol and law enforcement services when I was
dispatched to 13900 Kenswick Key Ln for a domestic violence investigation. Upon making contact with the
Reporting Party the Deputy located the offenders and they were taken into custody. Deputy gathered all

I was met by other Deputies. One individual was later discovered deceased inside of his home. ME’s Office
and Watch Command was contacted. The incident was later ruled natural causes. A supplement was

was dispatched to a child custody dispute. The Reporting Party left the location without one of his kids and
requested a report for interference of the Custody Order. A report was generated. The patrol activity type is

On June 6, 2020, a Saturday, at approximately 21:41 hours, while on patrol in the “MUD District 89”

Pitts ) was dispatched to 3500 S Sam Houston Pkwy E on a runaway. Reporting Party advised that her 13yo
granddaughter ran away from home. After further investigation I observed that she did not run away but left
the location to meet her biological mother following a verbal altercation with her grandmother. The patrol

A. Murray) noticed an abandoned vehicle that was creating a traffic hazard on the public roadway. The
vehicle was removed from the public roadway and a tow slip and a report were generated. The patrol activity

an ID Theft had occurred. Deputy gathered all pertinent information needed to make a report. Report

On June 8, 2020, a Monday, at approximately 21:45 hours, while on patrol in the “MUD District 89”
contract, Deputy D. Pitts was performing routine patrol and law enforcement services when I (Deputy D.
Pitts ) was dispatched to 4100 Leighann Lane on a theft. Reporting Party advised that her black wallet was
stolen with her personal documents and bank cards. Reporting Party observed that an unknown subject used
her credit cards to make purchases at different locations. Reportee request police report so the bank could
