It is our intention of introducing ourselves as a medium sized Civil, Earthworks and Building Construction Company undertaking work

in various parts of Southern Africa.

M3 Construction Projects (Pty) Ltd. was formed with the majority shareholders being previously disadvantaged individuals (PDI’s). The main driving force behind M3 Construction Projects (Pty) Ltd is TD Construction CC, which has been operating since 1980 as a partnership between Mr. T.E. Darlow and Mr. G. Talbot and as a Close Corporation since February 1985 with Mr. T.E. Darlow and

Mr. G. Talbot as members.

Management’s philosophy is to develop lasting customer relationships and repeat business. This is achieved by ensuring

that we consistently meet agreed requirements with regard to specification, safety, time and cost.
