Role - Matcher

The role of the matcher is to ensure the growth

in the Measure of Success of OGX by matching

the needs of organizations with the needs of our

EP’s. He/she manages the eXchange supply and

demand, is responsible for overall DELIVERY and

acts as the communication channel between EPs

and TN takers.

Contact TN Manager

After finding a suitable TN, the next step is to email

the TN Manager.

Remember, you can promote the EP Form to

everyone, but, if you get in touch with one TN

Manager as in Matching Process, you should stop

applying for another TN’s.

Important:

• Send CV, Cover/Motivation Letter, EP Form

• Not too many questions in the first email

• Confirmed the quality of TN before sending EP

• Maintain good relationship with TN manager

Interview

• Reflect about yourself BEFORE

– Good and bad qualities you have

– Important experiences you lived

– Things you can bring to project and project to you

– Why are you good for that TN?

• Use formal language (Avoid slangs)

• Be honest about your abilities and capacity

• Study the Job and the country reality

– Print and sign with black or blue ink pen

– Scan and send to TN Manager

– Stamp if necessary

Role - EP Manager

EP Manager is the person who gives support to

the EP on our OGX Flow, RA-MA-RE.

He is responsible to attend to the EP needs

according to our duties.

Since the hardest task to the manager is searching

for TN’s, it’s important to stablish a friendly

relationship with the EP.

• Align Expectations(Change contacts, country, field of work, etc)

• Search TN’s(Find TN, contact manager, interview)

• Match(SAN/CAN, invitation letter, etc)

• Quality Experience

(Cultural preparation, ticket, visa, insurance, country booklet, etc)
