Our Blow Mould Machine is Semi-Automatic machine contains two assemblies as follows:

Blow Mould Assembly: This assembly is used to blow the air in heated PET Preform for bottle and

jar.

Oven Assembly: This assembly is used to heat the Preform, which contains Infrared heaters.

This machine contains “Pneumatic” as well as “Hydraulic” pressure to manufacturing bottles.

We are using original parts of known multinational companies to manufacturing our machine.

This machine has capacity of 1000-1200 Bottle per hour in Double Cavity* & 500-600 Bottle per

hour in Single Cavity. Bottle or jar from 50 ml to 5 liters depending upon size.
