DESCRIPTION

Get hands on archaeology experience this summer with two of Scotland’s most influential archaeologist, David Connolly and Margaret Struckmeier, (BAJR, British Archaeological Jobs & Resources; CHC Connolly Heritage Consultancy). They are visiting MacRae Farm est.1836, Harrington, Laurentides , Quebec, to initiate a survey of this Rouge River highland-croft so a comparative study between it and Heilla, the MacRae’s homeland in Isle of Skye Scotland, can be carried out by Macrae’s Farm current owners. This is a great opportunity to meet informally the experts and chat on all aspects of archaeology and heritage, while learning an essential field archaeology skill to further your personal interest or career
