Technical FeaturesPUMPSTEK operates with volumetric gears pumps made with special steel to ensure maximum precision and duration. Equipped with a patented system that allows, in case of wear of the seal, to restore the sealing simply tightening three screws.In this way it is possible to extend the life of the pump without incurring the cost of replacement.
DOSING Three different dosing methods easily selectable by the operator:
• Simultaneous: all colorants involved in the formula are dispensed together. High speed dosage, suitable for production of all types tins dimension.Minimum dosing: 0.1 g.
• Gravimetric: suitable to meet in particular small tins soft color production where is required the maximum accuracy and repeatability.
• Combined: suitable for production of a series of identical tins. The first dosing is carried out in gravimetric, allowing the software to check the correct calibration, in order to ensure the maximum accuracy and precision of the shade.The subsequent doses are performed in simultaneous, ensuring speed and repeatability.
TEK is the most flexible Dispenser for any dosing need, both for shops/distribution points and forfactory in-can production.
This result is due to an advanced modular system upto 32 circuits, taking in count the possible differentproduction and stock quantities.
CALIBRATIONVery easy software functions allow tomanage the calibration fully automaticallywith a simple click (a complete circuitcalibration takes less than 2 minutes).
FLEXIBILITYTEK provides maximum flexibility in the possible pumps flow rate selection, as well as combination of two pumps dosing from the same canister.
• Standard pump: flow rate 0.5 liters per minute.
• Double pump: two standard pumps combined dispensing from the same canister (double circuit dosing), flow rate 1.0 liters per minute.
• Pump for high productivity capacity 2.5 liters per minute. Minimum dosing in function of colorants characteristics.

CANISTERSProduced in POM, for water base colorants NYLON for those solvent. The system allow the of three types of canisters size:• 3.5 l. - Only in the Head• 9 l. - In the head and in the module (here even with double pump)• 17.5 l. - In the module (with double pump)
STIRRING SYSTEMSimple and efficient stirring, the timing is set up for the canisters in the head and adjustable for those in the modules.
ELECTROVALVESMade with materials suitable bothfor solvent and waterborne products,the 3-ways electrovalves allow thehigh accuracy dosing control and thenecessary recirculation system.
ACCESSORIES TEK can be supplied with a complete rangeof accessories, like PC and Scale holders,Modular 1 m Roll Conveyor. Roll Conveyorfor scale. Electrical Elevator. Manual canAdapter. Kit for connection of the pumpsdirectly to Customer pails.
SOFTWAREA really user friendly driver software allows all the controls, calibration, functioning and canister level checks.The software, through the common communication protocols, allows easy connection with most of the database software on the market.
MaintenanceAs all dispensers TECMEC, TEK is also designed to minimize the service cost: gear pumps with adjustable sealing system, maximum attention in reducing the number components especially the ones subject to wear.
ModularityThe TEK modular system allows the maximum flexibility and extensibility of configurations. The “compact version” is able to manage up to 27 circuits located in the dosing head, since reaching the maximum expansion with the 32 circuits, including external pumps for the “in-cans” version.
This flexibility allow to meet the production requirements of a wide range of shop/warehouses present in the paints market. The three different types of dosing simultaneous, gravimetric and combinated, enable further possibility to size the adapt the use of the dispenser to all different types of customers and relevant type of working environments.

DOUBLE CIRCUITS:Thanks to the ability to operate two pumps connected to the same canister, is possible to reach a flow rate of 1 lit / min. Available on 9 liters and 17 liters canisters only.
