Madison Homebuilders, founded in 1997, is a family owned On-Your-Lot Homebuilder with offices in North and South Carolina. With over 1,400 homes under our belt, we pride ourselves on building an affordable, quality home for our customers.

• Our ownership and management team has over 100 years of homebuilding experience.
• We build your house on-site the old fashioned way, brick-by-brick and board-by board.
• We are not a modular builder.
• We build on your property or on property that you would like to purchase.
• We build a complete home, from footers to finish. When completed, your home is in move-in condi]on. There are no trades, like floor covering or pain]ng, le_ for you to complete on your own.
• We have an average construc]on ]me of under 6 months.
• We work with a number of na]onally known lenders who know us well. We can introduce them to you or we can work with your lender if you prefer.
• We can help arrange a land & home financing package if you are buying property or if you have an outstanding loan balance on your land.

Home Buyers Warranty is your limited assurance that certainaspectsofyourinvestmentareprotected.Dependingonthetypeofcoverageyourbuilderselects, thewarrantymayprovideone-yearcoverageforworkmanshipandmaterials,two-yearcoverageforpor/onsof theplumbing,electricalandmechanical systems,and/ or ten years of protec/on against qualified structuraldefects.
All coverage is subject to exclusions set forth in the warrantydocuments. Your builder will provide you with verifica/onregardingtheop/onalwarrantyprograms.*

EstablishedbyExpertsHomeBuyersWarrantywasfoundedbyprofessionalswhoknowthe business from the ground up. Each member of ourmanagement team has a combina/on of construc/on andwarranty experience. We know how important a responsiblewarrantyprogramistotheindustry.
SolidCoverageHome Buyers Warranty programs cover all types of residen/alunitsincludingsingle-family,town-homesandcondominiums.
The warranty provides ten years of insured protec/on againstqualified catastrophic structural failures. In the event of astructural claim, a $250 claim inves/ga/on fee is yourresponsibility. The warranty becomes effec/ve at the /me thehomeisfirstoccupiedorfirst/tletransfer,andremainsineffectevenifyourhomeissoldoryourbuilderisnolongerinbusiness.
The warranty can also include one-year coverage for defects inworkmanshipandmaterials,and two-yearcoverage forpor/onsof plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Under thispor/onof thewarranty,a$250deduc/ble is required fromyoushouldaninsuranceclaimdevelop.
