Prepositions have the ability to magically change the meaning of a sentence.

The object of the preposition is usually a noun which comes after the preposition with an article between the two words.

The object of the preposition will answer the question "What?".

Prepositional phrases begin with a preposition and end with the object of a preposition.

The underlined part of the sentence is a prepositional phrases.
