‘Don’t judge each day the harvest you reap… but the seeds you plant!’If a person has never planted the seeds of moral values in life, he can never reap the harvest of success. Youth signifies idealism and hope. Every generation charts out its own course to realize its dreams and aspirations in life. Thus it is the perpetual responsibility of the elders to assist the youth in growing up and becoming familiar with eternal human values. It would be a gross injustice to have spiralled down dramatically in the past few decades. Occurrence of alarming and harrowing accidents of mankind push the need to re-kindle the candle of perennial hope in all its earnestness.

Here educational institutes and parents need to take moral responsibility to prepare their children such that they serve and conserve society and the world.

Let schools and families join hands to impact and preach the children the morals such as unconditional love and kindness, honesty, hard-work , respect for others, cooperation, compassion and forgiveness so that they can rationally distinguish between right and wrong. Let us educate them not only for a degree’s sake but also for a worthy life.

Think-Pair-Share-Having students work with each other is an effective methodology as it forces students to be active learners and to talk through course concepts in their own words. Presentation Week for different subjects successfully promoted critical thinking skills and understanding of concepts. Save lives together-Parents and staff voluntarily donated blood in the camp organised under the aegis of AWS. “Freedom in the Mind…..Faith in the Words…… Pride in our Souls……

Let’s salute the great men who made our Independence possible.”

Celebrating Patriotic Fervor These words mark the blissful morning of August 14, 2015 as the entire school celebrated India’s arduous quest for independence, the awakening of a great nation, the 69th Independence Day of India with enthusiasm and nationalism. The school was adorned with saffron, white and green hues to pique a sense of belongingness to India. Picturesque embellishments and patriotic mellifluous jingles created a perfect ambience and a profound feeling of being Indian swelled in every heart. The celebrations began with fervent spirits as tiny tots of Nursery wing propagated the message of Unity in Diversity in India that binds millions of us together despite cultural differences. Students then presented the Story of a Soldier – an act blended with music and dance. The musical bonanza by MAPS Band clearly stole the show. Young guitarists displayed their musical caliber which was complemented by a breathtaking dance performance alongside. The entire programme was indeed the most enthralling experience for the audience which was mesmerized by the extravaganza. Shri Pawan Gupta Ji, President (AWS) proposed a vote of thanks and encouraged the students to bring laurels to the school and scale new heights in every field. The pride in our nation and the sacrifices of our martyrs added a solemn touch and the whole school savored the grand celebration of the nation’s independence.
