The signal light is light alloy casting (copper lower than 0,04%) and

features a special protective treatment for sea climates. It comes

complete with very resistant tempered glass dioptric lens

(homologated by GGG) and equipped with an internal double filament

stlamp. The reserve filament starts to work when the 1 filament is

damaged (by the control circuit). Due to its high resistance against

corrosion, this signal light is the ideal solution for any problem

concerning signalling obstruction in difficult conditions and is suitable

for buoys and platforms. It is normally used as a main white signal light

with a range of 10 nautical miles. The signal light is EEx-ed execution

(INERIS certificate) with IP 66 protection degree, suitable for

installation in classified areas. It’s an entirely sealed tropical type

construction, having a thermic drift with a range from -20° to +55°C.

The total life of the double filament lamps is 5 years approx (“U” code),

in this time the signal light doesn’t require maintenance. The control

circuit can be installed inside a centralized control panel or locally in

the same signal light. The standard working voltage is 24VDC. The

flashing code can be changed by replacing the programmed MCU

inserted in the control circuit. It can be supplied with an optional

mechanical galvanized steel support with standard or customized

dimensions. Also these supports feature special protective treatment

for sea climates.
