Outside influences provide input for change to the Major Underground Maintenance program

Remote monitoring of in service equipment provides invaluable information for evaluating maintenance controls

Monitoring also provides constant operation and load data as well as environmental temperature and water sensing which affect changes to

maintenance program.

Resulting in a fixed priority maintenance schedule that initiates an order to be executed by field technicians

- Major Underground field technicians receive the orders via their truck docked Mobile Data system.

- The order is reviewed and executed

The field technicians execute the order - The inspection process, load / voltage, infrared, etc. or testing process is performed- Results are recorded and stored in SAP for future analysis.

Future Objectives

Make Work Center historical maintenance data accessible over Mobile Data to field technicians to assist with maintenance and also trouble analysis

Create a Dynamic Scheduling System that could incorporate remote monitoring information, field maintenance data, along with other influences to establish custom maintenance plans for all Customer Services

Objective hurdles are mostly incurred due to software restrictions
