Once you have made your edits,make a copy for each student.

When you share with your students, allow them to edit.

Interactive Google SlidesStudents can drag and drop their answers for each part of the calendar / morning meeting slide. You can use in edit mode on a computer OR a device that has the Google Slides™ app downloaded.

Included is:-Editable welcome slide-Day of the Week (two options, delete one) • Option 1 (Today only) • Option 2 (Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow)-Month-Today's Date (two options, delete one) • Option 1 (students will drag two numbers to make up multiple digits dates) • Option 2 (all numbers so students will only drag and drop one box)-Year-Season-Weather-Temperature-Clothing-Feelings-Editable end slide

Make a copy for each student so they can complete all of the slides on their own. (You can do this in one step while assigning if using Google Classroom)OR assign a slide to each student and then go over it together.

****After students complete and you check their work, go to file -> version history -> click the original version to reset for the next day.****

How to Make Copies for Each Student*

1. After creating the first copy and you make any edits you’d like for your class, you will go to file - make a copy - entire presentation

2. Rename to each student’s name so you can easily keep track!

3. Now that you have a file for each student, you can custom make edits for each student and differentiate as needed!

How to Assign on Google ClassroomFirst: make sure to save the activity to your google drive!

1. Once signed into Google Classroom, click “classwork”

2. Create and then assignment

3. Add a title such as “Morning Meeting” Add - Google Drive

How to Assign on Google Classroom CONT

4. If you don’t see in recents search “calendar time” or “calendar time TPT”

5. Choose “make a copy for each student” It will automatically make a copy for each student. If you want to adjust things per student you can do that after this step.

6. You can view individual students google slides by going to student work. You can edit specific to each student or check their work this way. They will not need to submit for you to see their work,

How to Reset for the Next Day

1. Go to: File - Version History - See Version History

2. Select first version

Optional: Name the version “Original” or “Reset” so you can find easier each time

3. Restore to original and you're ready for the next day!
