WHAT IS BALDRIGE? The United States Baldrige Performance Excellence Program was created by an Act of Congress in 1987 to encourage American companies to become more competitive. Assess Your Company’s Chances of Long-Term Success During the workshop, you will take the ManageHub Success Score. It is a rapid self-assessment that measures your organization's maturity focusing on six Baldrige-based dimensions: Leadership, Strategy, Customer-focus, Employees, Operations, and Results. The assessment was developed in collaboration with the top leadership of the Baldrige Alliance. You will receive six individual scores that are explained in a 25-page report that identifies gaps and suggests specific ways that you can improve your company.

MICHAEL KRAMER, CPA Michael is an award-winning leadership consultant and successful entrepreneur. He negotiated the sale of his first business, an FDA licensed pharmaceutical repackaging company, with world famous Silicon Valley venture capitalist, John Doerr of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
He created courses in "Best Management Practices" for the University of Chicago, lectured at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and DePaul University. He co-developed a curriculum for the Coleman Center of Entrepreneurship and created a "Six Steps to SuperGrowth" class for Loyola University. He founded the Breakthrough Best-Practices Movement and was awarded the "Most Innovative Program of the Year" by Chicago's Duman Center of Entrepreneurship.
His latest innovation is ManageHub.com, a social enterprise software that creates an organization's private online community where leaders and their teams meet to share information, develop strategies, implement projects, and assess progress.

CHRIS SCHERER Chris is a transformation leader focused on systems and integration, with 25+ years global experience in finance, human resources, IT, and operations, executing system-wide programs to add value and mitigate risk across borders, functions, levels, industries, and technologies.
Since joining Arthur Andersen Business Consulting after completing a dual-degree graduate program in the US and Spain, he has delivered well over $100 million in first-year savings, consulting with diverse Fortune 500 companies.
He led numerous multi-disciplinary teams to first gain executive-level support, develop hypotheses, then deliver findings and implement results.
Most recently, he helped a boutique management consulting firm (with roots from Arthur Andersen) grow from 11 employees to 130+, increasing revenue over 10X in only six years. He now helps CEOs, owners and Presidents gain control of their small and mid-size business.
