=> University of Zaragoza will replace Ecodes in its WP1.5 leader function.

3

Local action plan, step 1 : “Buying my house”

Objective: knowledge of the Concerto measures, interest for high performance buildings, RUE and RES

Lyon: work done in spring 2008

- Methodology: questionnaires to sales agents (Hespul)

Conclusions:- Concerto programme : not really understood- Sustainable development/protection of environment =

“fashion”- People not really interested in energy saving measure- Interests: operation of urban renewal, closed to the

city centre, green spaces…

Saragossa: not possible because of the ZAR method of allocation to get this type of social dwellings (Inhabitants are chosen, following a drawing lots)

Page 4: Malorie CLERMONT Chargée de mission & Hespul

4

Objective: to help the inhabitants “to take possession” of their house

Lyon: work to be finalised in mid-2009

1) “Welcome and orientation booklet”:- Booklet will contain specific articles on Concerto-Renaissance project & its environmental / energy inputs- idea: to interview an inhabitant from Saragossa (or another “Concerto inhabitant”) ?

2) Questionnaires for the future inhabitants- to include the ConcertoPlus indicators- to make a comparison possible with the questionnaire of step 3- to be in relation with Enertech (leader of monitoring) - To organize meetings with the future inhabitants

Saragossa: meetings with the inhabitants when delivering the keys + survey on their consumption’s habits

To be sent : Saragossa ‘s existing documentation to Lyon socio-eco partners:

- Questionnaires (used during the ZAR inhabitant meetings)- Minutes of the meetings with inhabitants + model of the sent

invitations to inhabitants

Local action plan, step 2 : “Preparing my arrival”

Page 5: Malorie CLERMONT Chargée de mission & Hespul

5

Objective: to understand the evolution of the inhabitants about their perception of the programme and to rectify the non-technical factors which lead to drifts, as a non-controlled use of energy (monitoring)

Lyon: interviews and/or questionnaires to inhabitants

- « environmental habits »

- attitude before and after living in a Concerto area

Saragossa:

- To monitor inhabitants’ habits/behaviours & consumption (on a trained/informed volunteers group) - and,

- to compare these monitoring results with “untrained” inhabitants habits/behaviours & consumption

Local action plan, step 3: “Living in my house”

Exchange from Lyon to Saragossa:

- To send the ConcertoPlus matrix (by Hespul)

- To send ConcertoPlus contacts (by Hespul)

Concerto+ MatrixActions to be done/Conclusions

- Conclusion: - Spanish partners have to complete the Concerto+

matrix, by choosing the indicators in relation with their activities. This matrix will be sent to ConcertoPlus team.

- It seems to be interesting and important for each community to exchange on their respective activities. The new working plan of Saragossa will be done in a few weeks (by UdZ) and communicated to Hespul (French leader of this WP).
