    1. Place milk, banana, cherries and

    Carnation Breakast Essentials pow-

    der in blender; cover.

    2. Blend until smooth.

    Notes:

    This recipe is ideal with a personal,one-serving sized blender. You put all

    the ingredients in your cup, twist on

    the blade, put it on the base, blend

    your drink, unscrew the blade, and en-

    joy your drink while knowing you only

    have the one cup to clean aterwards.

    Steps:1. In a nonstick skillet, cook bee and

    onion over medium heat until meat is

    no longer pink; drain.

    2. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, water

    and spaghetti.

    3. Bring ingredients to a boil.

    4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer or

    20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.

    5. Add Velveeta cheese; stir until

    melted.

    6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    7. Serve.

    Steps:

    1. Peel and mash avocados in a me-

    dium serving bowl.

    2. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime

    juice, salt and pepper.

    3. Season with remaining lime juice

    and salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Chill or hal an hour to blend fa-

    vors.

    5. Serve

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    2. Wrap cheese around each rankurt-

    er then the biscuit around that.

    3. Put on cookie sheet with the over-

    lap o biscuit aced down, so you dont

    have to use tooth picks.

    4. Bake in preheated oven until bis-

    cuits are brown, about 10 to 15 min-

    utes.

    5. Serve.

    Steps:

    1. Split bananas lengthwise.

    2. Place banana slices against sides o

    long, narrow, shallow dish.

    3. Place scoops o ice cream in a row

    between banana slices.

    4. Squirt chocolate syrup on vanilla

    and strawberry on strawberry.

    5. Spoon marshmallow creme over

    chocolate.

    6. Top each mound with whipped

    cream.

    7. Sprinkle with nuts and top each

    with a cherry.
