Manage Files in the File Manager
The File manager is one of the key features of Wittybee that helps you to efficiently manage yourfiles. You can do it is few, easy steps, mentioned below.
Step 1
Sign in and go to the Action page.
Step 1.1. Click the arrow tool point (inside the red circle).
Step 2
You go the dashboard page. Click the Files button.
Step 3
The default page – Your Stuff – opens. Select and click the Attachments link.

Step 4
On the next page, click the Conversations folder.
Step 5
A list of files appears on the screen.
Step 5.1. Select a file (Okumura selects factsheetheatexchanger.pdf).
Step 5.2. Click the Open link at the bottom of the page to open the selected file.
Note – The selected file will open directly if the ” Wittybee Desktop App” is installed in the computer.If the App is not installed in the machine then you will see an error message.
Okumura views the file in the folder.

Step 6
To download a file, select the file.
Step 6.1. Click the Download button at the bottom of the page.
Okumura selects the file – ndttesheatexchanger.pdf and clicks the download button to open thefolder.
He double clicks the file in the folder to open the file.

Step 7
To delete a file, select the file and click the Delete button
Okumura selects the file, heat exchanger1Okumura(6Aug2015) and clicks the Delete button.
The file is moved from the Conversations to trash folder.
Step 7.1. The message – file deleted – appears in the footer of the page.
Note – You can undo file deletion, by clicking the Undo link.

Step 7.2. Next, click the Trash folder.
Step 7.3. The Trash folder page opens. Click the Attachments folder.
Step 7.4. On the next page – Conversations folder – click the Conversations folder.
Okumura views the deleted file – heatexchanger – 1Okumura(6Aug2015) in the trash folder.
Step 7.5. You can restore the file by clicking the Restore button at the bottom of the page.
Okumura clicks the Restore button.

Step 7.6. Now, he sees the same file in the conversations folder, thus the deleted file has beenrestored.
Step 8
Suppose you want to delete the file forever, then select the file and click the Purge button in theConversations folder inside Trash.
The file is permanently deleted from the folder.
The file heatexchanger1Okumura(6Aug2015) has been permanently deleted from Okumura’s trashfolder.
