VIVA IS A TURNKEY WORKPLACE HEALTH AND

WELLNESS PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES

CONCRETE TOOLS TO ENCOURAGE AND

PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL

BALANCE OF EMPLOYEES. THE VIVA APPROACH

CONSISTS OF DETERMINING THE WORKPLACE

RISK FACTORS WHICH MIGHT BE DETRIMENTAL

TO EMPLOYEES’ HEALTH AND ACTING TO

ADDRESS THESE FACTORS.

The management path program is part of

La Capitale’s health and wellness continuum.

We know that the quality of the relationship

between a manager and an employee is a

determining factor for a healthy workplace.

VIVA, in collaboration with CFC Group, provides

training to your managers, giving them the tools

they need so they can contribute to maintaining

a work environment that’s conducive to good

workplace attendance and a reduction of

employees’ health problems.

The management path program offers a variety of cafeteria-style

training opportunities. The solutions we offer range from pre-set

ready-to-go training programs to training programs that are

tailored to integrate concrete issues from your work environment.

A few examples of training courses available through the program:

Managing change and organizational transformation

Communicating in action

Developing your team’s talents

Managing difficult employees

Emotional intelligence in the workplace

And much more.
