About 英語de人事® About Tokyo American Club
This program was created and is delivered by Bryan Sherman, an HR professional with unique experience working as an HR consultant and internal HR manager at Japanese companies in Japan and overseas.
In this program, Bryan facilitates participants in discussion to improve both their ability to communicate effectively in English about HR issues of importance to globalizing Japanese companies as well as to deepen understanding and insight into how unique (or not) Japanese HR practices are in the world.
This program will challenge participants to think deeply about HR issues and to improve their ability to be a strong representative of the Headquarters HR departments of their companies.

Tokyo American Club (TAC) is a private, members only club located in Azabudai, a short walk from both the Kamiyacho 神谷町 station or 麻布十番 stations.
The environment will provide program participants with the sense that they have traveled to a “foreign land” without having left Tokyo.
Participants in this program do NOT have to become members of the Tokyo American Club. However, it is necessary to abide by the dress code and rules for guests.
