    Outlook for July

    According to the MLS, real estate activity for Manhattan Beach during the month of June was ratherdiscouraging as performance measures dropped a bit for total sales, the market median sales price, and

    listings, not to mention a bump was recorded for the median days to sell. However, on a more positive

    note the sales/listing ratio remained at 50.6% compared to last month, which means that for every two

    homes for sale one successfully closed escrow.

    What can you expect for July? you ask. Personally, I like Manhattan Beach real estate and feel it is a

    sound investment long termgenerally speaking. Thus, despite June stats we should not ignore theamazing trending pattern for this coastal area during beginning of 2014 leading up until now. Therefore, I

    favor this location and suggest buying or selling at the right price and for the right reasons. For tips on
