Leading the wayAs an industrial accelerator for future technology enablement, ManuFutures will support up to 15 enterprises and 150 people involved in sustainable manufacturing industries from post incubation (proof of concept) through to multi-nationals.

It will provide flexible space and a stimulating and supportive environment to generate advanced products and manufacturing technologies.

LocationManuFutures location within Deakin University’s Geelong Innovation Precinct will enable you to access research staff, advanced equipment and multidisciplinary business and technical expertise, both from Deakin and its partner organisations.

You will be working alongside internationally recognised experts in the field of collaborative innovation.

You will be sharing the facility with like-minded businesses. Other partner organisations already represented on campus include Carbon Revolution, HeiQ, CSIRO, Quickstep, SEA Automotive and Carbon Nexus, to name a few.

Access is readily available with a corner block location, and turn around capacity and full height roller doors for heavy vechicles.

Tailor your tenancyChoose from tenancy areas ranging from a single hot desk space and office shells, to small and large production bays that are ready to fit out to your individual specifications.Hot desks can be hired on a monthly basis while the larger production bays and offices can be leased for a period of three years, with a two-year extension option. The hire and leasing rates are competitive, having regard to the nature of the facility and the support services available.
