2. Provide preliminary magnitude of costs for specific improvement options provided to TPD by RTSD.

3. Provide professional opinion and considerations regarding improvement options.

4. Construct a loop roadway from Radnor Chester Road between the two turf fields, exiting onto Raider Road.
