CONNECT Winter Homecoming '11 Thank you to all who attended Winter Homecoming 2011! It was a wonderful time to honor tradition and excellence. On Feb. 10, Coach Kim Elders was honored for 20 years of dedication to the men's basketball team, as well as the five Athletic Hall of Honor Inductees, and two Golden Eagle Club Inductees at the Winter Homecoming Banquet. The following night we enjoyed three alumni bands and three student bands battling it out for a stage at Big Ticket Festival '11. Congratulations to student band Cities ! Saturday was Game Day! and Saints With three alumni basketball games in the morning and an indoor tailgate at noon the Hansen Center was packed with energized attendees. After the tailgate, both the women's and men's Golden Eagles were cheered on as they defeated the Saints of Siena Heights. For those who missed it, look forward to next year's Winter Homecoming by from this year. enjoying pictures Alumni Chapel and Luncheons You are invited back to campus to enjoy chapel with current students and a complimentary lunch with President Dr. Stowell and Darci Irwin, director of alumni relations.
