I am putting my Curriculum Vitae forward to you because I know I have the skills and

am looking for an opportunity to build on my strengths with more practical experience. I started

my career off writing Medico-Legal Reports for the RAF, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I

furthermore have a passion for training and development. I am a registered Industrial

Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa with registration number PS

0128970. I have worked with various psychometric assessment instruments for selection,

recruitment, career choices and subject choices. I am able to conduct professional interviews

with people, and give constructive feedback, together with developmental needs per

individual. I have handled various disciplinary inquiries with employees and students. I would

love an opportunity to broaden my scope of practice.

I have been invited to the International Congress of Applied Psychology

Scientific Program Committee in July 2014, Paris - France, where I gave a

presentation on my Master Degree Research Mini-Dissertation.

Current position:

I am currently working as an Academic Coordinator which forms part of the Senior

Management Team. I have a lot of responsibilities of which includes managing all

academic administration work, ensuring lecturers offer quality education to students,

hold meetings with various sponsors, students, parents and other management. I do

disciplinary inquiries, draw up workshops, and are currently in pursuit of implementing

employability workshops for students on campus which I am working on. I would love

to work more in my area of expertise as an Industrial Psychologist doing training and

development, human resources and industrial relations.
