Responsibilities
What effort do you need to make?
o Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide suggestions
after analyzing the figures
o To conduct variance analysis and financial analysis on daily, weekly and
monthly reports
o Maintain solid data infrastructure for BI reporting, analytics projects and
team operations
o Other tasks assigned by supervisor

o 2-3 years relevant experience.
o Good in using Excel functions. Knowing SQL is added advantage

Responsibilities
o Support sales team in technical design, pricing, customer presentations (to
a large audience or in one-on-one meetings, planned and ad-hoc)
o Define Proofs of Concept (POCs) for customers and ensure successful
outcomes
o Provide high-level architectural diagrams to meet customer requirements
o Participate at tradeshows and customer or partner events by
demonstrating multi-cloud solutions
o Coordinate additional support, as necessary, for sales opportunities
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities
o Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
o At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology / Sales
Engineering / Strategic Solution Selling
o Strong customer interfacing skills, being able to translate business
requirements to technical functionality of multi-cloud technology
o Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
o Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Senior/ IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user
account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating
Internal IT System
• Monitoring the healthiness and report fault of IT Systems
• Manage the IT System Operations and program deployment
• Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business
goal
• Ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and that
they meet quality standards
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 1-year working experience in IT support
• Certification of ITIL or PMP is preferred
• Experience on administration of Windows AD and Linux platform is preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate with high caliber will also be considered
• The position will start with a 1-year contract with possibility to be renewed
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as "Senior IT Support Engineer"
Assistant Engineer (Data Network Operations)
The Opportunity

Responsibilities
o Perform monitoring, operation & maintenance support for infrastructure IP
network
o Troubleshooting for network quality issues
o Collect and analyze testing data
o Provide technical support & solution
o Work with other teammates in all testing related issues
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities
o Degree in Information Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or
related disciplines
o Hands on experience in Layer 2 & Layer 3 protocols
o Knowledge in OSPF, MPLS protocols & transmission equipment
o Solid working experience in Cisco Products or Holder of CCNA/CCNP is an
advantage
o Good communication skills
o Shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided)

Responsibilities
o Identify, develop new business opportunities and build business networks
and relationships with relevant customers
o Manage orders follow-up and liaise with customers independently
o Maintain customer relationships, cultivate customer loyalty and achieve
sales target
o Prepare various regular reports on sales performance
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities
o Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer
Science or related discipline
o At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management
o Aggressive, self-motivated to achieve business target
o Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
o Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
