Sales & Marketing Intern Role: 1. Sales in Triveni's context can be offline & online – ie selling 1. for Triveni's offline wholesale entity through predominantly field level work, or 2. through phone & email to potential wholesale customers in India & worldwide, or 3. various software products & services developed. 2. Offline sales will be predominantly field level position – we are looking for local candidates esp from cities Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Varanasi, Lucknow, Ranchi, Cuttak, Patna, Chandigarh & nearby. Other cities / areas are welcome as well. 3. Online sales involves generating a lead set, extensive phone & email based outreach to them, and followup with sending them the relevant collections & converting them to customers. 4. Marketing intern's profile can be in both, online & offline context as well. 1. Offline marketing includes activities such as field level outreach & visits, community level activities, coordination with local & national media & event organizations, visiting & participating in exhibitions & fairs – which could be heavily travel or field centred. 2. Online marketing will involve developing the Social media campaigns & strategies, writing content for Triveni, coordinating with various Ambassadors & campuses on activities. This may require a lot of working on International timing better suited for North & South America – ie at nights. Required Background: Applying candidates must meet the following requirements: 1. Must have completed at least 1 year of their MBA, Mass Communication, Journalism, Fashion Communication Postgraduate program or atleast 2 years of their other undergraduate Program, 2. Must have very solid communication and writing skills, 3. Have strong analytical and problem solving skills. 4. Additionally, online marketing will also require: 1. Very good creative writing skills – strong passion for creative writing is a must. 2. Must be creative, and must be able use visual creative tools such as photoshop, illustrator Effectively. Operations InternRole:

1. Operations intern may have to deal with managing pure operations or analyzing operations data to come up with interesting analytics.

2. Pure Operations role may include understanding various product sectors, understanding process & working with various ground level & senior management to implement those processes.

3. Analyst profile includes generate Basic Data Reports & Business Dashboards in Excel, using Tableau, Excel Powermap, R & various such tools, identifying implementation gaps & fixing them.

Required Background:Applying candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Must have completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Electrical Engineering from a top college and with a good performance, or must have a prior research experience.

2. Experience or Background in Statistics is major plus.3. Must have good communication skills.4. Have very strong analytical & problem solving skills.5. Preferably, must have at least 1-2 years of experience working.

HR InternRole:

1. Start the recruitment process, searching for candidates online, following up with them, setting up tests, and even help with evaluations. As with any large growing organization, this often ends up being a large percentage of the work.

2. Help Implement the individual & team KRAs, including generating the reports for them from variousdata sources periodically.

3. Help implement the team & reporting structures, helping chart adequate growth charts for each.

4. Ensure designed & planned daily, weekly & monthly reporting of each individual team members & teams to the respective persons. This will involve generating these reports first few times oneself, and then helping the team members do it.

5. Help identify the best practices on practices such as attendance management, attendance machine & policies.

6. Help design more campus engagement activities.

7. Document tasks & information requirements of each team, and document them.

8. Help plan & conduct some commonly required trainings amongst the team.
