Goals (Tomsk)

• Specialist training in the field of technology transfer and commercialization of technologies

• Preparation of future management coaches for the Tomsk technological park (student business incubator)

• Development of a world class business program leading to a SUNY Bachelor’s degree

• A cost effective double degree program, with a full scale credit transfer (96 credits from TUSUR)

• Subsequent development of a collaborative distance learning program to be promoted in Russia and within the Russian-speaking community in other countries
