ano valley basin, with its surrounding villages and castles, and on the other by tower-

Aussichtsberg von etwa 2000 Metern Höhe . Das Besondere am Vigiljoch (ostsei-

tig Marlinger Berg genannt), sind seine unzähligen Wandermöglichkeiten. Besonders

schön und gemütlich ist der Marlinger Waalweg entlang des alten Bewässerungska-

nals. Für Biker, Nordic Walker und anspruchsvolle Wanderer hält die Natur viele weitere

Möglichkeiten offen, etwa den Marlinger Höhenweg.

Just above Marling the traffic-free Vigiljoch mountain rises up, with an imposing forest

and legendary lookout at an altitude of approximately 2,000 metres . The Vigiljoch

(also called the Marling mountain) offers something special, in that it has numerous

hiking possibilities. The Marling path along the old irrigation channel is very beautiful

and comfortable. For cyclists, Nordic Walkers and advanced hikers, nature offers many

surprises, one of them being the Marling high-altitude path.

Traubenernte eingebracht, es gibt den neuen Wein und frisch gepflückte Kastanien,

es ist also Törggelezeit. Gemütliche Gasthöfe und ausgezeichnete Hotelküchen bieten

Kulinarisches vom Feinsten. Übrigens, die berühmte Apfelkrone beim Meraner Trau-

benfest stammt sogar aus Marling.

bello dell’anno. Un clima mite, stabile e lo splendido spettacolo dei colori della natura

invitano a numerose passeggiate! In autunno c’é la vendemmia e la raccolta della

frutta , c’é il vino novello e le castagne dei boschi circostanti, è quindi tempo di cast-

agnate! La famosa “Corona di mele” della Festa dell’uva di Merano proviene proprio da

Marlengo.

up their harvest. There are new wines and freshly picked chestnuts – in one word:

Törggele time. The famous “apple crown” at the Meran Grape Festival originally comes

» Marlingversteht es mit einem zukunftweisenden Leitbild, dessen Entstehung durch ex-

terne Fachkräfte begleitet wurde, und einen umfassenden Agenda 21-Prozess als

wichtige Grundlagen einer zielorientierten Gemeindeentwicklung zu beeindru-

cken. Mit den bisher umgesetzten Maßnahmen ist es beispielhaft gelungen, den

Tourismussektor abzusichern, die noch in Planung begriffenen Projekte sind bes-

tens geeignet, eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Gemeinde zu gewähr-

leisten. Durch die Ausgewogenheit der Vorhaben mit dem Blickwinkel auf das

soziale zusammenleben tragen die weiteren Schritte wesentlich zur Stärkung

der Identität und zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität in der Gemeinde bei. Da-

für wird Marling mit einem Europäischen Dorferneuerungspreis für besondere

Leistungen in mehreren Bereichen der Dorfentwicklung ausgezeichnet.

luzione è stata guidata da esperti esterni seguendo i singoli punti dell’Agenda

21, che ha fatto da base per uno sviluppo mirato dell’intera area comunale. Gra-

zie alle misure adottate finora si è riusciti a sostenere il settore del turismo

in maniera esemplare. I piani di sviluppo sono ancora in fase progettuale e

mirano a garantire un’ulteriore evoluzione del comune. Lo scopo dei vari pro-

getti portati a termine finora è stato raggiunto, si è sviluppato l’equilibrio della

vita sociale del comune e ne è conseguito un netto miglioramento della qua-

lità della vita e si continuerà anche in futuro in questa direzione. Per questo

motivo il comune di Marlengo ha ricevuto il Premio Europeo dell’Innovazione

del Comune per Servizi Particolari in ambito di sviluppo territoriale comunale.

Die Anreise aus zürich und dem Schweizer Mittelland gewinnt deutlich an Komfort. Mit dem Nonstop-Inter-city erreichen Sie von zürich aus Landquart. Dort besteht der Anschluss zur rhätischen Bahn bis zernez. Die schweizerische Postautolinie von zernez nach Münster/Müstair fährt Sie über den ofenpass bis nach Mals. Dort kann dann bequem auf die Vinschgerbahn nach Meran umsteigen. Marling verfügt auch über einen eigenen Bahnhof. Die Fahrtzeit von zürich nach Meran wird somit auf 5,5 Stunden verkürzt. Ferienwohnungen pro Wohnung und Tag.

Sie schließen die angeführten Leistungen

und die Mehrwertsteuer ein. Zuschläge für

einen Kurzaufenthalt (bis zu 3 Tagen) sind

nicht enthalten. Die Preisspannen ergeben

sich auf Grund der Saison, Lage, Größe und

unterschiedlichen Ausstattung der Zimmer,

Appartements bzw. Ferienwohnungen.

» OrtstAxe: Mit 1. Jänner 2014 wurde in

Südtirol die Ortstaxe eingeführt. Die Einnah-

men aus der Ortstaxe werden für den Aus-

bau und die Erhaltung von Infrastrukturen

und Dienstleistungen, sowie für die Organi-

sation von kulturellen und sportlichen Ver-

anstaltungen eingesetzt. Die Ortstaxe wird

pro Gast und Nächtigung von den Beher-

bergungsbetrieben eingehoben. Die Höhe

dieser kommunalen Abgabe richtet sich

nach der Kategorie des Betriebes. Kinder

und Jugendliche unter 14 Jahren sind von der

Abgabe befreit. Die Ortstaxe wird bei Abrei-

se fällig und ist in der Rechnung gesondert

ausgewiesen.

» VerscHIedene HInweIse: Der rechtsgültige Preis kommt durch

die mündliche oder schriftliche Verein-

barung mit dem Beherbergungsbetrieb

zustande. Bei einer früheren Abreise (als

bei der Bestellung vereinbart) ist es üb-

lich, dass 3 Tage Aufenthalts kosten (Zim-

merpreis ohne weitere Leistungen) in

Rechnung gestellt werden. Je nach Sach-

lage können aber auch alle vereinbarten

Aufenthaltstage verrechnet werden. Kin-

derermäßigungen werden von den je-

weiligen Häusern individuell verrechnet.

Die in dieser Liste angeführten Preise be-

ruhen auf die von den Vermietern geliefer-

ten Unterlagen, für deren Vollständigkeit

und Richtigkeit, trotz sorgfältiger Bear-

beitung, keine Gewähr seitens des Touris-

musvereines Marling übernommen wird.

Der rechtsgültige Preis kommt erst durch

die mündliche oder schriftliche Vereinba-

rung mit dem Vermieter zustande.

» ImPOstA dI sOggIOrnO: A par-

tire dal 1 gennaio 2014 è introdotta in Alto

Adige/Südtirol, l‘imposta di soggiorno. Le

entrate generate dall’imposta di soggiorno

verranno impiegate sia per la costruzione

ed il mantenimento di infrastrutture e

servizi, sia per l’organizzazione di manife-

stazioni sportive e culturali. L’ imposta di

soggiorno, determinata per persona e per

pernottamento, viene riscossa dalle strut-

ture ricettive. L’ammontare della suddetta

imposta viene determinato in base alla ca-

tegoria di struttura ricettiva. Sono esenti

dall’imposta bambini ed adolescenti sotto

i 14 anni. L’imposta di soggiorno viene pa-

gata al momento della partenza ed è ripor-

tata sulla fattura del soggiorno in struttu-

ra, con una voce a sé stante.

» nOtA bene: Il prezzo valido a tutti

gli effetti sarà quello concordato telefoni-

camente o per iscritto con l´albergatore.

In caso di partenza anticipata (rispetto a

quanto concordato) viene solitamente fat-

turato il costo di tre giornate di soggiorno

(prezzo della camera senza ulteriori pre-

stazioni). A seconda dei casi, può essere

fatturato anche tutto il periodo prenota-

to. Riduzioni per bambini sono calcolate

individualmente dalle singole strutture.

I prezzi della lista sono basati sulla do-

cumentazione presentata dai locatori e

l’Associazione turistica di Marlengo, pur

avendoli elaborati con cura, non ne può

garantire la completezza o la correttezza.

Il prezzo effettivamente valido va concor-

dato oralmente o per iscritto con il loca-

tore.

» PrIces are to be understood per per-

are per apartment / per day. They include

» VIsItOrs’ tAx: Beginning on 1 Jan-

nuary 2014, a local tax will be introduced

in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from

this local tax will be used for the expan-

sion and maintance of infrastructure and

services, as well as for the organization of

cultural and sports events. The local tax

will be lavied at all lodging establishments,

on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay bas-

es. The amount is contingent upon the

category of the establishment. Children

and adolescents under 14 years of age are

exempt from levy. The local tax is payable

upon departure and is listed separately on

the invoice.

» mIscellAneOus InfOrmA-tIOn: The legally valid prices are estab-

lished either orally or in writing with the

respective house. In case of an early de-

parture it is common practice for the host

to charge the price of 3 additional days

(room price without other services). In

certain cases the price of the whole stay as

booked may charged. Reductions for chil-

dren are determinated individually by the

single house. List prices are based on the

documents given provided by the land-

lords and the Marling Tourist Association,

though it has carefully processed them,

cannot guarantee their completeness or

correctness. The valid/final price shall be

agreed upon with the landlord, orally or in

writing.
