Dear Readers,

We are feeling very delighted to share that we have completed a journey of 6 months now.

When this idea was first foresighted, it looked like a distant dream and a road untraveled.

Finally the seeds were sown and we toiled hard to make it more enjoyable to read. Steps of

success always come by burning midnight oil and there is no shortcut path for it. In day to

day life we always feel such situations were in we find us standing on a crossroad and we

feel it difficult to choose the path and complete journey. We just want to convey that start

the journey, work hard to achieve the dream. We remembered these famous lines at this

junction:

“Coming together is a beginning;

Keeping together is progress;

Working together is success”

Editorial by Sudeep Gupta and Punit Kandoi

Steps:

Lie down flat on the mat and keep your knees on a Bolster/chair/a Swiss

ball, so that the thighs and knees will rest on it and the ankles will rest on

floor.

Bring your total awareness on your abdomen and lower back, now start

breathing IN synchronizing your abdomen to bulge up as you take air in and

once its full start breathing out with same slow speed till the abdomen gets

sink in. Key point during this is to keep watching the movement of

abdomen and also the spinal sides of your lower back.

Do it for 3-5 minutes like a meditation on your back muscles.

This is also a posture for deep Meditation and it results is relaxing the

abdominal organs which in turn relaxes the Multifedus Muscles and other

Paraspinal muscles which supports the back bone .

Udara Swasana (belly Breathing ) by Sanjiv Kedia

The Upnashdic method of training was one to one communication. Why and what were the benefits

1. Gurus takes students

after diksha, in today’s organisation selection of right candidate for right work is essential

2. Gurus impart siksha

one to one to calibrate the message to students potential and liking. Krishna imparts Knowledge of Geeta only to Arjun. Aṣṭāvakra imparts knowledge only to King Janaka

3. Upanishad in Sanskrit come sit by me. Guru and the student join and discuss topics

4. The teacher calibrated his choice of words depending on the intellectual and emotional level of the student

5. The students grew by learning what the teacher was trying to communicate. As a less experienced person moves by seeing and taking guidance from seniors in organisation

6. The teacher grew up improving his ability to transfer information and knowledge. In this method, both grew.

Importance of travelling in life

Traveling gives us the opportunity to disconnect from our regular life- You get to forget your problems/issues for a few weeks, it can also help you figure things out that you would not have understood without the distance traveling can give you. We all have crazy schedules, work and a family to take care of, going away alone or with some friends can give you distance and perhaps even make you realize how important these people are for you. Amazing education – All of that being said, no matter your style of trip education is always a key aspect and it is always important. Sure, there are some places where you learn more than others and what you learn isn’t always the same. Sometimes it’s literal, as in an educational trip but most times the education is a subtler one, one that happens on a very personal level. Education happens whenever you leave the house, you just need to open your mind and be prepared to learn. Another great benefit is the relaxation you get to do. It’s nice to live life to its fullest and enjoy a stress free time with yourself. Going on vacation lets us recharge our “batteries” by disconnecting us from our regular life. When we come back we feel invigorated and we are happy to be back in our day to day routine. It’s a very good stress remover that has a lot more to give than most people are willing to accept. When traveling with friends or family it creates memories for a lifetime. These memories will create a bond that nothing can erase no matter what happens with the friendship/relationship. It can also give a new perspective on the relationship and cement the bond forever. It also gives nice stories to tell people afterwards, you can create photo albums about your trips and when you feel nostalgic you can take an hour of your life and experience the trips again by looking at your pictures. New experiences increase our resourcefulness by living situations you would never encounter at home, this is great experience for you when you come back to your routine. I have noticed that people who traveled a lot in life were ready to embrace change and have a natural ability of overcoming problems that others would frown upon.

Importance of travelling for kids- If kids only see the world around them through an electronic screen they’re getting a

very jaded view of the world. Exposing them to different cultures, religions and locations makes them learn that at the end of the day people are people, kids are kids. Everyone is trying to raise their kids as best they can, kids love to goof off with other kids and grandparents always have a smile ready. None of this is dependent on where in the world they were born. The more places they visit, the more they’ll realize humans as a species have a lot in common. It teaches them world is more same than different.

Healthy – Any number of studies show that travel lowers blood pressure, decreases stress and is generally a healthy

activity; for most people. That’s how stressed out we are as a culture, we can’t relax unless we literally rip ourselves away from our home environments. That’s why I started off this list with the enjoyment factor because while travel can have its stressful moments, ultimately it’s about enjoying yourself. There are also more quickly realized benefits, like eating better and getting more exercise. You may not agree with the eating better part, but it’s true. From an American point of view, so many of our foods – even staples – are intensely processed or contain a dubious cocktail of chemicals that are probably hurting us more than we realize. Whenever I go to Europe I never shy away from great foods, and plenty of them. But I never gain weight and sometimes I lose it. Sure, part of that is thanks to physical activity but it’s also because for the most part I consume fresh, locally sourced foods. What is now a food trend at home is how most of the rest of the world eats and travel is a great way to realize its importance.

It’s never been this cheap to travel. With soaring oil prices the cheap travel era might be coming to an end. However there are still many budget airlines fighting for your dollar right now. With the internet and all the new technology, you can plan your trip exactly the way you want it. You can choose your budget, the duration of the trip and what you want to do. I suggest to read travel blogs and see what others are experiencing, you can save yourself a few hurdles by reading about

their trip.

If you have some time off I suggest to take that trip and experience what life has to offer. Don’t wait or tell yourself there will be a better time to go. Take the risk, the opportunity and buy your plane ticket right now and leave. When you come back you won’t be sorry that you left, on the contrary you will be thinking of your next trip the second you come back from the airport.
