It is wonderful for me to have WRAP as a way of life that encourages me to be
proactive about challenges by creating Action Plans and developing self
awareness.

experience that encourage us to get together and support each other based on good values and ethics.
• Exercise• Food Log• Mindful Eating
•Health Coaching•Tai Chi •Reiki
•Clean Healthy Teeth kills sweet cravings, so
does water!
•Nutrient Dense Diet•Positive Thinking
•Mixing 75% water with 25% juice
• Gratefulness for Food, Body, and Life
• Don’t rely completely on quick fixes through
technology
• Redefine Normal for U
• Set realistic goals
• I don’t have to accept not feeling well and I won’t stop trying till I do

Things I need to do everyday to stay well
• Check Blood Sugar
• Eat at least three balanced meals
• Snack on healthy foods
• Exercise 20 minutes before and after work
• Be grateful for my life
