Cocinando juntosCuando cocine con infantes o niños pequeños,

permítales ayudar de manera segura mezclando, vertiendo, amasando, triturando, agitanto y etc. Use

palabras claras para describir lo que se está haciendo y el plan de lo que harán después. Hable sobre lo que ven,

huelen, sienten, escuchan y saborean.

Ensalada de huevos6 huevos 1/4 taza de mayonesa 1 cucharada de mostaza sal y pimienta galletas o panColoque los huevos en una olla y cubra con agua. Llevar a hervir. Reduzca el fuego y cocine a fuego lento durante 10 minutos. Escurre. Cubrir con agua fría y enfriar. Pelar y picar los huevos. Agregue la mayonesa y la mostaza. Agregue mayonesa adicional si prefiere una ensalada más cremosa. Añadir sal y pimienta al gusto. Sirva en galletas saladas o use como relleno para sándwiches.
