ADMISSION PROCEDUREApplicationProposal: Candidates go to the Master website, where they find a link to: Coordinating institution pre-admission website:
www.uab.es/postgrau Student apply electronically, attaching all required documents Coordinating institution administrative staff check the
admission requirements and resend them to the master coordinator

ADMISSION PROCEDUREStudents selection Admission/Academic board select students according to the
selection criteria
Admission board sends a list indicating names of all selected students to ALL institutions
If Joint Degree: ALL institutions admit ALL students If Double/Multiple Degree: Institutions where student
will spend min. 1 sem. admit him/her

ADMISSION PROCEDURERegistration If Joint Degree: Students send original legalized docs to
coordinating institution and:1. registers there and where required2. Coordinating institution send registered copy of legalized docs
to those universities that require it If Double/Multiple Degree: Students bring with them original
legalized docs and register upon arrival at home institutionHome institution send registered copy of legalized docs to those universities where student will study, or bring them with him/her upon arrival

TRASCRIPT HOLDER/S AND DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT ISSUE
To a joint degree:
1. Coordinating institution holds transcripts
2. End of semester: All partners update transcript while sending marks of their students
3. End of master: coordinating institution issues Joint Degree + Diploma Supplement
To a double degree:1. Home university + Host
universities hold transcripts2. End of semester: All partners
“sharing” a student update their own transcript and send information to other partners where student has studied or will be studying
3. End of master: all institutions where student has spent minimum 1 semester (= 30 ECTS) issue degree + Diploma Supplement
